Points for attention in driving multiple motors by G120 frequency converter

Version v4.6 or higher, a G120 inverter allows multiple motors to be dragged, provided the following conditions are met: 
1. A G120 can only drive up to 50 motors at the same time, and is not allowed to switch on or off any motor while the inverter is running, because the surge current generated during access may cause the converter to trip. When disconnected, it may produce high voltage and damage the frequency converter; 
2. All motors have the same parameters, such as power, voltage, current, rated speed, etc. 
3. The motor can be identified statically or dynamically. 
4. It can run in V / F and non-encoder vector control mode (SLVC), but if it runs in non-encoder vector control, all motors must be mechanically coupled. 
5. Under the condition of no encoder, the security function is also available. When the frequency converter is in an abnormal state (for example, blocked rotation), it can be stopped by the way of safety emergency stop; 
6. It is suggested that each motor should be assigned independent overload protection and overtemperature protection, and KTY temperature sensor is recommended, because these temperature sensors can be connected in series and the signals can be transmitted to the frequency converter, and the frequency converter can make corresponding action. 
7. The connection of the output-side components (output filter and reactor) has not passed the test, and it is uncertain whether the connection has an effect on one drag and more; 
8, do not allow the use of capture restart function; 
9. The total length of the motor cable should not exceed the recommended length of the motor cable recommended by the frequency converter; 
10. If the motor is controlled by a frequency converter, the maximum control current allowed by the frequency converter should be considered. 
(11) PM230 is only allowed to run in the state of electric mode, not in the state of regenerative power generation; 
12. The (Vdc max) function of the maximum voltage controller must be disabled;

固件版本为v4.6或以上,一台G120变频器允许拖动多台电机,但是必须满足如下条件:
1、一台G120最多只能同时拖动50台电机,并且不允许在变频器运行时接入或断开任何电机,因为接入时产生的浪涌电流可能导致变频器跳闸,断开时可能产生高电压而损坏变频器;
2、所有电机具有相同的参数,例如功率,电压,电流,额定转速等;
3、可以对电机进行静态或动态识别;
4、可以运行在V/F下和无编码器矢量控制模式(SLVC)下,但是如果运行在无编码器矢量控制下,所有电机必须以机械耦合的方式运行;
5、在无编码器运行下,安全功能也是可用的。当变频器处于非正常状态(例如,堵转)下,可以通过安全急停的方式使变频器停机;
6、建议为每台电机分配独立的过载保护和过温保护,推荐使用KTY温度传感器,因为可以将这些温度传感器串联到一起,将信号传送给变频器,变频器可以做出相应的动作;
7、连接输出侧组件(输出滤波器和电抗器)还没有通过测试,对一拖多是否有影响还不确定;
8、不允许使用捕捉再起动功能;
9、电机电缆总长度不应超过变频器推荐的电机电缆长度;
10、如果由变频器控制电机抱闸,应该考虑变频器允许输出的最大控制电流;
11、PM230只允许运行在电动方式的状态下,不允许运行在再生发电状态下;
12、最大电压控制器(Vdc max)功能必须禁止;
